As one of a limited number of exclusive sponsors, you will gain high visibility and direct access to conference participants throughout the event. Feel free to reach out if you would like to secure a sponsor/exhibitor package.

Your exhibition package includes

• A dedicated booth area (2 × 3 sqm) with table, chair, electricity, and wifi.
• Premium location right outside the conference hall, ensuring continuous traffic and interaction, especially during coffee breaks in the same area.
• One conference pass for your representative (includes coffee breaks and lunch; accommodation and dinner are not included).
• Company logo and link on the Aquatiq Food Forum website, with visibility before, during, and after the conference.
• Advance access to the participant list (limited in accordance with GDPR).

We expect high demand. To secure a booth, we recommend booking early. Booth placement will be assigned upon arrival.

Sponsors are responsible for

• Transport, handling, set-up, dismantling, and removal of all materials.
• Clear labelling of all shipments with company name and phone number.
• Arranging collection of materials after the event (labelled with parcel numbers, e.g., 1/3, 2/3, 3/3, and contact information).

Please note

• There are no storage facilities available at the hotel prior to the conference. Please ensure that any materials are delivered to the hotel no earlier than Tuesday, 22 September.
• Shipments must list the exhibitor as recipient and Clarion Hotel Oslo as the delivery address.
• Additional lighting, extension cables, or exhibition walls are not included.
• Consumption of alcohol at stands is not permitted.
