All registrations are binding. Payment must be made according to the invoice issued by Aquatiq AS. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant free of charge.
The contact details of the new participant must be sent to Aquatiq AS at least 30 days before the event.
It is not possible to change the person or organization responsible for payment.
All tickets are personal, but the name of the ticket holder can be changed free of charge until the first day of the conference. We would like to note that name tags will then be written manually.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), Aquatiq cannot be held liable for any financial consequences.
We also reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule if necessary, without prior notice.

To encourage networking and knowledge sharing, a participant list (including names, job titles, and company names) may be distributed to attendees before the event.
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event by email to [email protected].
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for the organization of the event.
