Aquatiq simplifies company structure in 2026
We wish to inform you that in 2026, Aquatiq will simplify its corporate structure in Norway. We are merging our Norwegian subsidiaries into a single company. Aquatiq Consult AS (org. no. 912 156 346), Aquatiq Hygiene Systems AS (org. no. 983 515 843), Aquatiq Food Factory AS (org. no. 813 991 942), and Aquatiq Sense AS (org. no. 922 723 427) will be merged into Aquatiq Chemistry AS.
Aquatiq Chemistry AS will be the acquiring company in the merger and will continue with the same organization number 983 515 827. The company will change its name to Aquatiq AS. Current Aquatiq AS will change its name to Aquatiq Group AS, and Aquatiq (Chemistry) AS will take over operations and administration from the parent company.
We are doing this to consolidate our concept and make it even clearer to our customers and suppliers that we are one united company. You will meet the same employees and contact people, but the change means that Aquatiq AS (currently Aquatiq Chemistry AS) will become the legal party in all agreements, and the recipient of invoices and formal correspondence. This means that the agreement Aquatiq Group AS (formerly Aquatiq AS) has with you is intended to be transferred to Aquatiq AS (currently Aquatiq Chemistry AS).
If you do not wish for the agreement to be transferred, please contact your contact point in Aquatiq or CFO Sigmund Hagehaugen, [email protected], as soon as possible and no later than December 31, 2025.
